Advice Consultant was founded in Istanbul to close a gap every foreigner in Turkey has suffered from: conflicting information, too many middlemen, and no single party taking responsibility.
Our Story
We started in 2014 as a small office helping Arab students and families arriving in Istanbul with their residence paperwork. With every file, we discovered the wide distance between the legal text and its daily application in government offices — and that a consultant’s real value lies in knowing that distance and managing it in the client’s favor.
We grew gradually as our own clients’ needs grew: the student we accompanied through his first residence permit incorporated his company with us years later, and the family whose legal stability we secured bought their first property under our supervision. That is how our services grew organically to cover individuals, companies and investors.
Today our team includes legal consultants, accountants and sworn translators working in four languages, with more than 1,500 completed files for clients of over 20 nationalities. And we still work by the same rule we started with: we tell you what is possible and what is not — clearly, and before you pay.
